Due to the nature of our business model, all items sold at TRIIM, Inc. store are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any merchandise, unless damaged prior to purchase.
We encourage customers to carefully inspect items and verify sizing, condition, and authenticity before completing a purchase.

Authentication
Every item we sell is carefully inspected and verified by our team to ensure authenticity. While we strive to provide 100% verified goods, customers purchasing luxury and streetwear items should understand all items are sold as-is and final sale.
If you have questions about an item’s authenticity prior to purchasing, please reach out — we’re happy to assist.
Consignment Policy
We offer consignment opportunities for select items. Terms include:

Consignment period: 30–60 days

Payouts: Upon sale, payouts are issued within 5–7 business days

Split: Varies depending on item value and demand

Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days of the consignment period ending

Store Credit
We do not offer refunds, but in rare cases, store credit may be issued for approved buybacks or adjustments at our discretion. All store credit is non-transferable and must be used in-store or online within 30 days.

Shipping Times . Local Pickup
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for delivery depending on your location and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
We offer free local pickup at our Detroit store location.

Pickup Timeframe: Orders will be ready within 48 business hours of purchase.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up.
All local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed orders may be canceled or restocked at our discretion.
