Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Processing times may be extended during new releases, drops, or sales.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

  • Rush (U.S.) 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your selected shipping method and location.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Detroit Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in Detroit for customers who select the pickup option at checkout.

Local Pickup Details:

  • Pickup location: 2699 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48208

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup

  • Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation

Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled or restocked at our discretion.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer International shipping through DHL
    OR

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

INo Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review item details carefully before purchasing.

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all items are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Fit preferences

  • Color or style differences

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

Damaged Items (Exception Only)

We only accept claims for items that arrive damaged.

To be eligible for a damaged item claim:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Submit clear photos or video showing the damage and original packaging

Once verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement (if available), or

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund at our discretion

What Is Not Considered Damage

The following are not considered defects or damage:

  • Minor variations in color, material, or stitching

  • Normal wear from use

  • Packaging damage that does not affect the item

  • Manufacturer imperfections disclosed in the product description

Unauthorized Returns

Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
